try contact their sponsor and host if that dont work, and you dont have the copyrights move along there is not a thing you can do, bin there done that .....nothing you can do, still have the hope some linksites will take your post seriouse and focus on the guy, thats the only part which helped me that time ( and i dealed that time that the guy took my content and own made banners and all, and guess what nothing got him from the net, so i haunted him everywhere and that helped a part
