If you can make sure all "accepted" sites appear in at least one place at all times I don't see any harm.
New links go in a new group until that goup is full, then you start over with another new group? If so, then traffic would cycle in a way I haven't seen before.
Surfers would see bunches of new sites, then old sites, then new sites, rotating rather then old/new mixed together rotating as a whole. I don't know of any lists that rotate by accepted date. That might be a bit funky.
I imagine submitters would see similar traffic flow pattern as LOR. I don't think that's a problem for long-term minded folks.
