Mine come by regular mail and arrive on Friday or Saturday depending on the whim of the USPS I suspect. Maybe once on a Monday? I looked at it as a post office thing and not Web Power.
I usually don't bug a sponsor unless something is for sure late. Always give it a few days. If it is big enough for fed-ex I'd wait an extra day or two. There is always a chance for something to get screwed up. Sick employee, missed fed-ex pickup etc. Web Power has always been reliable for me.
