Made crab cakes last night with homemade remoulade sauce and grits on the side. Grits are made with chicken stock and cream instead of water and has chopped up andouille sausage, cheddar cheese and some Rotel tomatoes for a little kick. And of course, a little minced garlic. Tonight it's marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Marinade is margarita mix and tekillya with cumin and chopped cilantro in a zip top bag in the fridge for several hours. Oh damn, I think I'll cut some avocado's in half and grill them face down too. Yummy!
