The contest winner's day was wonderful! 7 weeks on the diet and exercise program and I've lost 16 pounds (7.27 kilos)! Walked 4 miles today instead of the normal 2. Increased the number of reps on the exercises and feel great! Chicken is marinating in the tequila and margarita mix with cilantro and cumin and the grill is almost ready for the dead yard bird.
Cholesterol and liver enzymes are excellent. I drink so much and eat a lot of food rich in fats so I asked the doctor to order the tests and I'm in good shape. Now, am I gonna win Randomness again today?
