Well first off read the rules
http://www.link-o-rama.com/greenguy/therules.htm check out #4 Pics must have a combined width & height of 1200 pixels. Good: 700 + 525 = 1225 Bad: 640 + 480 = 1120 and #12 No pics that open on html pages are allowed. Thats the two reasons your site was rejected.
