1st thing is stay away from any default settings - font, link & text color, etc. I understand that you have the yellow background on there because it is a piss site, but i think a not-so-bright version of yellow - maybe #FFFF99 - would be a little easier on the eyes.
& Like I said before - make one clear cut entrance into the site - all these mainindex & mainindex2 pages are gonna get people confused.
Go poke around at some paysites & see how they have their entrance & navigation set up. You'll see not too many have links on there (make free sites for that - more on that in a minute) 1st page (index.html) should have a clear cut warning, enter link, exit link, members link & join link.
2nd page should start off the tour - have next, members & join links on there & all the pages that are in the tour.
Now, as far as promoting it, make up some free sites for link lists & some galleries for TGP's - surf around some link lists & tgp's for ideas as to how to set these up.
