I just have a list of Urls to click open in tabs for each recip table. From there I have
iclip (mac program) that I setup a tab in that with all the information I'm going to paste into each text field. At time I paste and I have to edit to meet some of the rules. It's not the most exciting and maybe not the quickest way, but once you get into the groove it gets done.
