I have many bans in place that are not written, spoken or posted.
I chose to ban these places or people because of the reasons that GG outlined.. It is far easier to decline them as a group than to investigate and question each individual.
It is unfortunate that some webmasters are caught "in the net", but that has been the way for a long time now..
Additionally, as a group, we often discuss these things and will apply a ban together after much deliberation and discussion.
These bans are and will remain in place until there is some sort of 'proof' that the hosts, dom. registrar, etc have improved their management.
