Just to add, since this is turning into a thread about depression... There are some very effective types of therapy these days that don't involve medication. I am going through a course of CBT, and by that I don't mean Cock and Balls Torture but Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It's only 4-5 sessions, so you don't have to be extremely rich for it. There are also some excellent books that walk you through the same kind of therapy. It does take work though, and sometimes taking the pills is just easier. Either way, you only live once, why go through it miserable?
