Preacher, I got that identical ICQ message too, along with an authorization request to add to the sender's list. Seven minutes later I okayed the request and sent back a message saying thanks for the info and that I'd take a look sometime. Got nothing back, not then, not all day. So yes, I think it's just a mild pressure tactic and unfortunately sent out by a bot it seems.
Damn shame. I wanted to see if they could help improve my current 1:2,736 ratio. (Note: not a reliable number yet since I've only sent them around 5,500 uniques.)
Still, it's better than one gay program which sent me an email saying my account was terminated since I hadn't sent them any traffic in a couple of months. I guess they don't know we sometimes sign up for programs months ahead of when we actually start promoting them. But they didn't ask and I never bothered to let them know why.
