I am upgrading to a new box, seemed like a simple process but it took a few weeks, I was told it was done, then suddenly it wasn't, one of my sites ended up pointing to someone else's, etc. Now it's finally upgraded as of a few days ago but they neglected to re-install certain libraries, permissions and mysql, upon completion they left me with 3 domains that were showing as permission denied, no FPT access and every script on my server stopped working. I opened a ticket, was without reply for 24 hours, after a couple of attempts getting an answer via live support I have some scripts working, but they couldn't fix it and I'm still needing another library by the looks, apparently I have a ticket open to fix that, it's been open about 24 hours.
I'll probaby just have to delete and re-install everything myself, but I can't do libraries.

Been with webair for about 3 years and I'm not sure it's worth the hassle. Should have known back in 2004 when they straight turned off apache without any warning, I was on a virtual plan and using too much server resources i guess (links 2.0 and some free sites), upgraded to dedicated, I really should have moved host instead.
