If the record keeping requirements were that simple, this would be much less of an issue.

But the requirements are so complex that I'm pretty much unable to tell you exactly what they are.

They include things like recording all other possible stage names the models have used, in all other productions, everywhere. The FBI complained specifically about this, and charged violations of it, in earlier inspections.

As I understand it, most of the violations in all these inspections have been for these kinds of obscure recordkeeping requirements, and not for anything substantial like the standard ID photo.

No word yet on inspections of secondary producers, altho there was some gossip that some of these last five might be secondaries.
