Yeah, I live in Mobile, AL near the Gulf Coast and heard about this case several years ago but didn't know they tried to get the Supreme Court to hear it. I just can't believe how
any politician can justify this ban on sex toys.
If they were cornered and asked, what kind of realistic, logical, meaningful answer could they give?? If I'm not mistaken, laws are written to protect the citizenry, from each other mainly, so how can they justify that this law protects
anyone? What does it protect a man or woman from?? I'm going to try and get a list of legislators in Alabama that supported this law and write every one of them and see if I can get an answer that means anything. I just can't believe it....
