Good Morning!
After having dental work done yesterday, I didn't see much use in risking not enjoying Emeril's last night, so I tried to change my reservations to tonight. Nothing was available early enough to eat before going to the Trans Siberian Orchestra concert so that idea is out.
Instead, I'll be having the 48 oz Porterhouse next door at CG's, then have 15 minutes to digest on the drive to the coliseum. Should be interesting, as I have a bet with the chef. He said if I can finish it, he'll buy. If not, I'm paying. I see a day full of appetizer smokage to prepare for the challenge.
