There are at least two ways
One:
- look at the bottom left of your browser window
- there should be a small magnifying glass
- next to it, you see the magnification % (normally 100%)
- click on the small arrow next to the m-glass and select the magnification you want.
- clicking on the m-glass or number cycles you through various zoom options.
Two: (and the one I use)
- hold the Ctrl button your PC down while the mouse is over the browser window (important on dual monitor setups) and at the same time use the mouse scroll button to zoom in and out.
I discovered this quite by accident when working in PhotoShop where I use the Ctrl and Alt – scroll all the time. The other monitor had IE open and my mouse had wandered (I was probably falling asleep). When I looked to the right-hand screen the browser was shrunk down to 10% - it took me a while to figure out what I had done.
This functionality could be an addin from the Google or Yahoo tool bar since I have them both installed.
