I thought I was the only person who knew where Ashford is, outside of the people who live there. I used to go with a friend of mine to his grandfather's farm for a week or two every summer when I was about 10 or so. You could probably call anyone in Ashford and ask if a guy named Warik lives there.
I get submits from him too, pretty much daily. I'm guessing he's on autopilot and never sees any emails.
