I typically ignore outages for names I recognize from this board. It's probably some attempt at gaining good hosting karma, and I know that some big lists have shown patience with my links many times over the past few years. A guy like me brings hosting issues upon himself.
I like to tweak things on my little server that I have no business messing with, so that leaves me scrambling to undo my last changes. Plus, I seem to get an increase in brute force attacks when I get involved in certain board 'discussions' - like that one from yesterday in which I used the word
fuck a lot. Oops!
