Can't you use an
authenticated SMTP server?
I use this outgoing server all the time for all my email addresses so that I can send mail no matter what ISP I'm using since I'm often not at home using whatever ISP is providing the WiFi that I'm connecting through.
Like the one I have through my Mac account.
