Good morning world
Big celebrations in Key West tonight, with the traditional lowering of the giant Conch Shell at Sloppy Joe's at one end of Duval Street and the lowering of the giant Ruby Slipper with a drag queen inside at the other end. Confetti cannons and giant bottles spewing champagne. And of course thousands of people who've driven hundreds of miles to find us and throw up on our shoes. No plans to be there for me, so they'll have to settle for some other locals' shoes tonight.
