I'm leaning towards LO for this, because I can manage all the trades from one location.
I installed
aardvarktopsites yesterday, it's an easy install, very nice top site script and it's free.
Making a template to fit would be easy, the downside I see with using it for Walrus's brain storm is if you have a bunch of blogs you would have a separate install and admin for each.
I'm going to use Aardvark on FeedEZ instead of LO and will make a toplist skin while I'm at it for those that want to join in but don't want to buy LO
