Change is a beautiful thing till it blows up in your face. There may be a lot of money in it right now. But don't forget there is also a lot of money in going after these types of sites with lawsuits. YouTube literally has billions of dollars set aside just for legal fees.
Also, 2257 regulation has yet to really set an example out of anyone. Seems to me like tube sites would be a prime target. You're basically reissuing adult content without any documentation of the models ages. If thats not a complete violation of 2257 regulations than I don't know what is. Even if you're not running out of the US, I'm sure a lot of your sponsors are and they'll be pulling out quick the second they hear the word "2257 infractions". This is exactly the type of bandwagon that American lawmakers love to jump on and when they do, they'll make an example out of anyone they can.
