I love to use bigger thumbs because they make my big ads look... well... not so big.

I go for 150-180 on the longest side - just watch that your file sizes don't get too hefty on the thumbs, some places like Richard's Realm (great source of traffic BTW) will decline sites/galleries if the thumbs file size is too large.
