I have run into this problem before. You are going to have to find something to convert the mpg files from 25.0fps(pal) to 29.97fps(ntsc). I can't remember what I used to do that but a search on your favorite search engine should find you something to do the job.

thanks for the heads up...I'll double check what MML or Greenie say and then try to make that happen...I'm not even sure if that's the scenario that got me rejected, I was reaching for some reason why it was rejected because I'm pretty sure I followed all the rules...so we'll see...thanks for the info..
