There is quite a learning curve and it does take time and dedication. I would be wary of buying any traffic as a newbie. You have to learn to get your own traffic, build it up gradually and perfect your sales techniques. Read, read, read on the boards about how other people work - invaluable tips there. Remember that what works for someone else, might not work for you, so use your own judgment and experiment.
