That was back in December of 2005. Of course, even though you had my e-mail and I was setup to recieve an e-mail if I recieved a PM on your support site, I was never notified of any updates. Once I quit complaining, I was forgotten.
In my contacts with you, you led me to believe that you were working on my issues. But with Oast, you told him you wouldn't even be addressing those same issues until after the release of a new version of phpLD. In my book, that is flat out lieing to my face and that is when I decided I would have no more to do with you.
Given my case, it would seem the only way to get any support is to bust your balls and be a little angry. Or at least that is the way you get lip service, which is really the only service I ever recieved.
Until you brought up this old dead thread, I have done very little other than try to warn other professional webmasters that
I don't believe your products are ready for prime time. Now you can quote all the numbers you want but I have to wonder what percentage of them are just like me...and T Pat. In fact, I have never heard a single webmaster say anything positive about either of your products.
And for the record, I'm not looking for support now. One script is in the trash and the second will be shortly.
