I'm going to level with you. That's your real stumbling block if your intention is to run some nice adult websites without having to actually build or maintain them yourself.
If you have enough money to fund it correctly, it's possible to do it without needing to learn html, css, php, mysql, flash, or any of the other languages some folks are pretty conversant with around here. But if you're not interested in learning how to do it all yourself, then you're going to need one or more very good webmasters onboard to take care of things for you.
And "very good" webmasters don't come cheap.
Don't fool yourself that you can have someone or some company build a site or sites for you that will be easy to run without knowing at least the basics of the languages I mentioned above. And don't make the mistake of contracting with people you don't know, have never met, and who aren't already well-known with excellent reputations on the adult boards (particularly this one).
Unfortunately, most
qualified adult webmasters are already working hard and wouldn't be interested in working with you on this unless there was a very good financial incentive, and not one just based on earning a percentage of what your websites could earn some day.
And be careful ... there's a big difference between those qualified to build websites that look good, and the relatively much smaller group who can build something designed to attract, keep and convert surfers into paying customers, and who know how to do the things required to build the traffic needed for success.
Unless you're willing to pay someone at least several thousand dollars per month, and to do that for several months before you see any real results, you'll need to learn how to do what's required if you want to make a go of this.
Sorry if that pricks your bubble, but that's what I know from being in this biz for the last 11-12 years. And it's not much different in mainstream, so be careful with whatever you're doing there, as I saw that you mentioned you're already having some sites built for you.
