I use it. I get 0-8 requests a day. There are some thumblogger or 2 min sites, but there are also many good sites to trade with. I do wish they wouldn't send me an email every time I get a request though. One a day would be fine. Overall, a good free service to keep track of hard link trades and it's still being developed.
