- Are the images processed manually or automatically?
Our system is most efficient – the thumbnails and the crop area are selected manually (logos, black frames are cut off) and then our “smart” algorithm analyzes each image and chooses an individual improvement pattern (sharpness, contrast, lighting/darkening, redness, yellowness, etc.) As a result we get the quality of manual processing with very high productivity.
- Why are your thumbnails better that the ones made by a rotator?
Our algorithms can’t be compared with those of a rotator. It’s a different quality level. Try to make sure of it :thumbsup
- Can I test your service?

- I’m planning to make a bulk order (more than 5K). I need to know the terms and be sure of the result.

- Can you make screenshots from video clips?
Yes. Upload your clip or movie gallery and make screenshots from video content. The image improvement algorithm works by the same pattern.
- Is the flash format flv supported?
Yes, wmv, avi, mpeg, mpg, etc. as well as flash video are supported.
- I have my own opinion about the thumbnail quality – I want my account to have individual settings.
