The issue on Monday had nothing to do with Spam, and to be honest Im not sure exactly what the deal is with Amateur Nest is, bottom line Go Daddy sucks, their support sucks and so called "Spam system" must really suck, we havent sent 1 spam mail to anyone in over a year, so they must be way behind on this, not to mention, truth be told Amateur nest had more sales yesterday than ever before, and when I say ever I mean ever. So not sure yet if they had spam issues in a certain country or locked out a certain country because someone had spammed from that country, honestly do not know.
Ill be in to take a look at it shortly, and have others working on it now.
Appreciate your notification in regards to this issue, I would like to suggest however that when anyone notices an issue the response time on our end will be MUCH quicker when it's posted in the Ticket system, as opposed to on any board, the path for it to get back to us is much shorter. Many of us dont check any boards for hours, sometimes days, or even weeks depending upon how busy we are, but the ticket system gets checked just about hourly.
