I wouldnt redirect it - I would put a better top graphic on the toplist that would get surfers interested in checking out your site instead of just a head shot - something that has 2 or 3 links to your video tour or just something to get them drooling
The purpose of the toplist is to get other WMs to send their traffic - but if you redirect they will pull their links
Another thing that you probably have overlooked is that you can always put your site and banner as the number 1 site with as many hits as you want
