Hello again, posting an update.
I finally managed to get a reply - by the phone (made 3 attempts before). I was assured that everything will be taken care of. I have a feeling that there was some problem with "person handling affiliates". Anyway, I should be in contact by ICQ with them and hopefully will manage to resolve the issue and help others who had the same problem...
