Me too. The only time I reject due to category is if the submitter repeatedly chooses a category which doesn't at all match their sites and I feel the need to let them know that I'm now frustrated with it. But I never reject a site if the category I would have preferred is an odd category, or a category that no other list may have, such as Interracial Wives. There's also the fact that many of us define certain categories differently than other reviewers, adding a little more confusion for submitters .
Anyone who submits knows what a pain in the ass the process is and that after a while, all of those words in the drop down list look the same. If the person is a regular submitter, it seems so petty to reject a site due to them mis-selecting the category.
