Afternoon - windy in Colorado today but otherwise nice. If the weather gets nice this weekend - we're heading to South Park (yes, it's the area where the tv series comes from) to do some shooting with real rifles!
Got a great place where we can safely setup 300 yard targets (gallon jugs filled with water) and let the girls shoot the my 8 lb.
Blaser 93 in 300 Rem Ultra for the first time.....
If you've never had a Blaser rifle in your hands - they are truly special. Of my 20+ custom rifles - 3 are Blasers. My personal favorite is the 375 H&H. My ex was really
because the pre-nups kept her from keeping her left-handed 30-06 - nice part about a Blaser 93 is I just switch the bolt - and it's right-handed again - although the stock is a bit short for me.
She had killed a few elk, a couple of deer, a truck-load of coyotes and at least two bears with that little 06..... the tramp was a pretty damn good shot - probably a good thing she doesn't have the gun.........
