Domain Discover they treat me right and you can update or change info online with just your password no hassles. You can lock and unlock domains from your control panel as well as synchronize all domains. They aren't cheap ($32 per year, 2 year min I think, plus a deep discount for ten year registrations [down to less than $10]) but they are hassle free
The feature I like best with them is auto-renewals.
If you prefer they will send you reminders for a couple months before a domain expires.
