Here's how I do it.

Advertiser = Sponsor
Campaign = Paysite
Publisher = My sites (ie. we-r-sex.com, planetofporn.net)
Zones = Individual pages on my sites.

I'm sure there's plenty of ways to complicate it further

but this works for me.
