That's why I stopped doing prepaid ads - it was too much of a hassle making sure I was sending what I was expected to send & trying to figure out how much a category page should go for each month.
That being said, if you really interested in doing it, figure out what your making per day/week/month/whatever with the ad spots & then add 10% (and I say 10% because it sounds like a nice number
)
