With all the inactivity it's nice to either have a home weight set or belong to a gym.
We weren't meant to sit our asses in a chair stairing at a glowing screen all day every day.
Plus, working out makes ya feel good and helps get ya tired so ya can sleep at a semi-normal time.
I mean free weights and the basics like deadlifts, bench press and deadlifts...no gay 'machines'.
