Sad to see Raven leave but it would be worse to try to make her stay on a job she no longer wish to do.
As a small producer I see girls leave the biz all the time - and it usually boils down to a personal decision based on what they want out of life.
How can anyone begrudge someone else's decision to change their life - for whatever reason?
