OK - let me check I understand clearly:

1. The url isn't anything to do with you or your domains.
2. You had a hit at your sponosr from that url.
3. The url now redirects to a 'nasty' site.

If the above are all true - unless you have had a complaint from the sponsor you may as well forget it...

There are many possibilities but - if the url is now redirecting to a
site which is not your sponsor then you should have no further worries.

Sometimes shitheads steal source code from sites and put pages up to attract search engine traffic, then redirect to their own sites (so they will get se hits) ...

I know a webmaster who had hundreds of thousands of hits to his sponsor - on his affiliate id - fom a domain containing fpas stolen from him... bloody idiotic site stealing bums didn't even have the sense to change the affiliate id - lol
