While I agree that google's safebrowsing is somewhat aggressive in what they have pinned as a dangerous site, the suspect IP is relatively well known for a number of iframe/xss exploits and codec installers. One of the top links in women-spanking-men's autorank pro toplist goes to a codec installer linked back to 85.255.118.0, the Russian Business Network.
So, as ominous as the warning seems to be, you are one click away from the RBN's codec installer when surfing
http://www.women-spanking-men.com/. That is enough for google and the related companies that license that data to redflag the site.
Safebrowsing also claims to email warnings to several email addresses -- I have not seen evidence that they have done that in many of the cases I've tracked. One client's wordpress site had hidden text injected which linked to another RBN site. Once it was cleaned off his site, it took about 24 hours for google to remove it (and about 3 hours for firefox to clear it).
