I too have a hard time believing that the 42% figure is correct.. and if it is.. does this include unwanted popups and other means of getting people to a site they don't choose to visit? It must if this figure is even close to right.

I hear from webmasters that the female porn market is a viable one.. but have never seen any first hand proof of that myself. That's not to say it's not true, I just haven't persued it myself, only because in my mind, it just doesn't seem worth persuing.

I do know one area of porn that females are definitely into from firsthand experience, and that is in having their own sites. I would say that a good 35% of my clients are female and that includes couples.

What I see most is wishing.. I see men wishing that women were more interested in porn.. it's been that way since I first got into this market. Believe me, if I thought there was a market there, I'd be the first one to promote it and make money from it, but as a female, I just don't see it happening in the way of porn site membership sales. I do however appreciate and profit from the fact that women like to make money in the business, so that's what I go for
