If you upgrade to wordpress 2.6 today, be forewarned that the xmlrpc interface is disabled by default now. If you use any remote publishing tools you have to re-enable it. Also, if you use IE7, a few tickets came in regarding that -- appears to be a wordpress issue -- 2.6.1 should resolve that. Clear cookies to remove the authentication problem after upgrade.
If you are going to upgrade wordpress, do 1 of your less active blogs first and perhaps wait a day or two to let the others shake out the bugs first. Had one client upgrade their flagship blog which broke badly with their tags & category links.
