There may be cheaper ways to do it but I already own Episode Pro since I also do the movies for a couple of paysites so I needed something that would add watermarks to the movies and do multiple formats. (mpg, wmv, h.264)
I think there is a version of Flip4Mac that outputs wmv files but due to not being able to protect against hotlinking them via htaccess I don't use them anyplace other then inside of member's areas.
Most sources of traffic only accept mpg or wmv movies.
