Grilled the veal last night over charcoal. Olive oil, salt and pepper. Cut an acorn squash in half, scooped out the junk and slathered each half with a mixture of softened butter, white pepper, Dijon mustard, all spice and cinnamon. Cooked rice in chicken stock instead of water and mixed in some Cuban black beans I had already cooked. Was a pretty good meal. For tonight, who knows?
