Cleo. Zion I have never heard of but your photos of red rock canyon look nice. I'll have to make a list of places to see for the next trip. It will be a damn site cheaper than staying in the casinos |

Zion is actually a nice trip.. about 9 hours via bus round trip. Grand Canyon is about 12 hours and depending on your mode of transport, can be kind of loooong.
Red Rock is about 30 minutes from the strip and quite nice in the fall/winter/spring. In the summer, it's well the desert..and boiling.
