I think they had a third option... they should have seen the changes coming.
Marc said so I believe on the part of the show that I heard, that over the years the signup ratios have gone down, retention has been getting worse and so on. Maybe someone at that point should have though "Why?"

Of course I don't prefer them to just shut down completely and take all our money with them. But I don't see this as a good thing I see it as the next worst thing (if there is such an expression).
