John, I'm sorry you've had trouble, but I can help. Please send me an email with all your info. (ATK UN, CCBill ID) and we'll look into it. I'm not sure how we're reporting stats that CCBill isn't as our stats are pulled directly from theirs. Something isn't right and we'll get it figured out.
