I assume you're referring to gay niches. There is some overlapping, but generally speaking, this is my understanding -
Hunk - very good looking guy. Definition of what is good looking can vary, obviously, but usually this is the equivalent of "babes" in straight porn. They should look like they came out of a commercial, clean, smooth, good-smelling. Some muscle is expected, and they're lean, usually with abs showing nicely. They're not bodybuilder types though.
Stud - a lot like hunk, but has to be manly, i.e. can't have a boyish look (whereas a hunk can, just not too twinky). Can be closer to bodybuilders, with more muscle mass, but don't have to have too much. Can have some more body hair and overall have a more masculine look. Still, a guy can certainly be a hunk and a stud at the same time.
Jock - this one is trickier. It's not a sports fan, but an athlete. Jocks are college guys who excel in sports. They would have the same look at a hunk/stud but usually there's a clear sports connection (i.e. they're shown in locker rooms, in sports uniform etc, or they just tell you the guy is a member of the college Rugby team or whatever).
You also have muscle men as a category. Some of the studs, hunks and jocks can fall into this one as well (though not necessarily). With muscle men, they don't have to have a pretty face, but they must have a lot of muscle mass. We're talking abs, biceps etc. they can be huge body builders, or just guys with lots of muscle.
That's my take on it anyway. Some sponsors focus on one of the groups, others have site that cover all of these guys. Can be solo or hardcore, straight guys or gay and so on.
