Ok, I'll be the idiot that asks a bunch of clarification questions.
You're building, but not hosting the sites correct? Because, I'm not really sure
I could sub it without being able to control the domains status. Maybe I could, dunno.
But if you are hosting them, you might get in trouble for multiple submissions from multiple people submitting on the same domain per day, right?
Being as you're listing the site on a hub, will your link will not be in the recip table, but instead be the 3rd outbound ad-link out on the page?
